TERMS & CONDITIONS

ENTRY

The Company that runs and operates this facility stipulates the following terms and conditions to customers who wish to enter KidZania Delhi NCR or KidZania Mumbai. Only visitor(s) who agree to these terms and conditions will be allowed to enter KidZania Delhi NCR and KidZania Mumbai.

• Operating hours of the facility and establishments are subject to change without prior notice
• Admission or entrance of Adults without Toddlers or Kids is prohibited.
• Photo identification may be requested at the point of entry or at any time during the visit to KidZania Delhi NCR or KidZania Mumbai.
• Adults cannot enter the facility, without being accompanied by a child, even if they have a valid entry ticket
• Children, under the age of 8 years, must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the visit
• Children above the age of 8 years, if travelling without an adult, must be accompanied by an adult at the time of check-in and check out
• Children are not allowed to take temporary exit
• Management reserves the right to restrict entrance to visitors into the facility once it reaches maximum visitor capacity
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission/entry and/or expel from the facility any person/s failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions listed at the facility and on KidZania India website
• Facility authorities reserve the right to check visitors’ bags at any point in time
• Visitors authorize the management to use their data and images collected during their visit to the facility and share/release the same to its business partners and/or associates
• In the event of any emergency procedures, all visitors must follow the instructions given by the Management and Staff of KidZania Delhi NCR and KidZania Mumbai.

 

TICKETS

• Visitors entering the facility must have a valid entry ticket and RFID bracelet
• Tickets once sold shall be valid for the date and shift specified only and will not be rescheduled
• Tickets once sold are non-refundable; lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced
• All prices are subject to change at any time and from time to time without prior notice
• RFID bracelets are non-transferable and can only be removed by authorized personnel
• Online bookings must be supported by booking confirmation with a valid ticket number in the form of printout or SMS
• Two or more discounts/offers cannot be availed together
• Offers/discounts are applicable only on any of the 5 hour shifts or full day pass tickets unless specified otherwise
• RFID bracelets are a property of the facility and must be returned at the point of final exit
• Visitors shall be charged for lost  or damaged RFID bracelet
• Senior citizens must have a valid photo identification with age proof

 

ESTABLISHMENTS

• The Management reserves the right to alter or change the role playing activities and establishments if at any time it is deemed necessary to do so.
• Establishments have a capacity and time frame to complete the activity, therefore Visitors may be subjected to queuing 
• Adults cannot queue on behalf of children unless the child is differently abled
• Adults are not allowed inside establishments and cannot participate in role playing activities
• Children are not allowed inside the Parents’ Lounge
• Establishments have restrictions by age, physical criteria, attire, footwear, schedules and operating hours
• Management reserves the right to alter or cease the role playing activities and establishments for maintenance, remodelling and/or private events/parties without prior notice
• Some establishments in KidZania Delhi NCR and KidZania Mumbai may be temporarily closed for maintenance, remodelling and/or private events
• The climbing and jumping over the railings stands or any other structure is strictly prohibited.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

• Outside food and beverages, pets, weapons, sharp objects, drugs and other materials deemed dangerous by facility authorities shall not be allowed in the facility
• Use of tobacco, chewing gum, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the facility
• Commercial photography and filming is strictly prohibited inside KidZania Delhi NCR and KidZania Mumbai
• Commercial photography shall require prior written permission from the management
• In case of contingency, it shall be at the management’s discretion to change, close or discontinue certain fun activities or the entire facility without notice
• Management and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of life during their visit to the facility
• Management and employees shall not be responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during their visit to the facility
• In case of a dispute, management’s decision will be final and abiding for all matters
• Any person that disrupts the harmony and peace of KidZania Delhi NCR or KidZania Mumbai will be requested to leave KidZania without refund
• Visitors are not permitted to sell any goods, services or any other matter capable of being sold (including but not limited to tickets) within KidZania Delhi NCR and KidZania Mumbai.
