4. Adults cannot temporarily exit and re-enter the facility.
5. An adult must accompany children below 8 years.
6. Adults need to buy separate tickets.
7. Parents must personally drop off and pick up children above 8 years.
8. Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be rescheduled.
9. Any 3-hour or last 3-hour shift is not applicable on 26th September.
10. This cannot be combined with toddlers, groups, parties, special events, summer pass, family combos, or any other offers.

11. Entry rights and access to facilities inside KidZania shall be as per the terms & conditions of KidZania.

   Yes! Adults can participate in all role-plays, subject to applicable height and weight restrictions.

4. How much does an Open House ticket cost?

   5-Hour Ticket: ₹1,200 + GST
   Full-Day Ticket: ₹1,500 + GST

   Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. The same pricing applies to adults, kids and toddlers.

   Yes. Annual Pass benefits and applicable adult discounts remain unchanged for the Open House.

7. Can I attend without a child?

   Absolutely! Adults can experience KidZania without accompanying a child.

   Yes. Children and toddlers can attend at the same Open House pricing.

9. Are there any restrictions on adult participation?

   Adults can participate in role-plays, subject to activity-specific height and weight restrictions.

10. Will adults have to queue for role-plays?

    Yes. Role-plays are first-come, first-served, and waiting times may vary based on activity popularity and participant numbers.

11. Can adults and kids do role-plays together?

    Yes! They can participate together wherever capacity, age, height and weight requirements permit. Some role-plays may have specific restrictions.

12. What is the cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy?

    Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-reschedulable once booked.

13. What is the Code of Conduct?

    Alcohol, intoxicating substances and inappropriate/vulgar behaviour are strictly prohibited. All guests must maintain respectful, family-friendly conduct.

14. Can I make a group booking?

    Yes, group bookings are welcome! Online bookings are for up to 10 guests per transaction; larger groups can make multiple bookings or book offline, subject to park capacity.
