Activity Description
KidZania's own department store offers you the opportunity to both browse, shop and to experience what it's like to manage stock and serve customers in a busy store. Like any other department store around the world, we sell a wide range of high quality goods where your children can learn the complete process until the consumer exits the store.

Educational Content

• Psychomotor Skills: Visitors need to match products to the right area and  placing them in the correct categories in visual merchandising
• Cognitive Skills: Remember technical details in order to make a sale, and evaluating the salesman as a mystery shopper
• Emotional Skills: A sense of achievement after  catering to a customer’s needs and convincing them to buy a product, and the confidence developed while shopping
• Social Skills: Relating and interacting with customers to find out preferences and interests

Economy
Visitors will be charged depending on products purchased. Those who role-play for any of the other activities earn 8 kidZos.
